He possesses an uncanny knowledge and successful track record with technology overall. Initially holding key IT Manager positions within dynamic sectors like real estate and oil shipping, James provided extensive network, system administration, and support services. His adept skills in wide area mesh networks, Lotus Domino integration and managing complex networks with devices such as Juniper, Sonicwall, Netscreen, and Cisco ASA/PIX, along with a profound understanding of Windows Server, underscore his technical prowess. Evolving to support over 2000 users as a senior IT Director, James has incorporated advanced technologies such as Windows Server 2019, VMWare, Linux, and cybersecurity solutions from Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Sophos into his repertoire. His achievements include deploying clustered data centers, Blackberry servers, integrating Domino/Exchange platforms across multiple offices, and leading the administration of Active Directory/Windows server systems. Recognized as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Certified Lotus Domino Professional, James has also played a pivotal role in training senior technical personnel, highlighting his leadership and dedication to fostering talent within the IT community.
